The Boilerman Bar is known for its highballs. That’s where the name of the bar, located in the 25 hours Hotel comes from. But what do highballs have to do with a Boilerman?

In the American train ride, the train driver was prompted by a highball to drive faster. The boilerman was now the one who had to heat the boiler in order to really accelerate. At the Boilerman Bar, guests are sent on a journey fueled by bartenders and their precisely mixed drinks.

The bar is specialized in rum. However, other spirits such as whiskey, gin and tequila find their use in the highballs of the Boilerman Bar.
