  • 40 ml Dewar's 12 Whiskey
  • 20 ml Domaine de Canton
  • 15 ml Acacia Honey
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger
  • 1 spray of Laphroaig Whiskey (10 years)
  • Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon

Glass: Martini | Garnish: lemon zest, slice of fresh ginger | Technique: hard shake

Pour Dewar’s 12 Whiskey, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, acacia honey, one slice of fresh ginger in a shaker. Add ice cubes and start to hard shake. Sparge the Laphoraig Whiskey (10 years) into a highball glass and add some ice cubes. Double strain the cocktail into a martini glass and top up with Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon. Stir the drink and garnish with a lemon zest and a slice of fresh ginger.
