Basil Berry
- 50 ml Xellent Vodka
- 15 ml St. Germanin elderflower liqueur
- 25 ml lime juice
- 5 ml simple sugar syrup
- Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger
Glass: highball | Garnish: fresh raspberries, basil | Technique: hard shake
Pour Xellent Vodka, St. Germanin elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice and simple sugar syrup into a shaker. Add ice cubes and start to hard shake. Double strain the cocktail into a highball glass, filled with fresh ice cubes. Fill up with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger and garnish with three fresh raspberries and four leaves of basil.
