Bee’s Knees: recipe & instructions
- 20 ml genever
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml runny honey
- Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon
Glass: champagne flute | Garnish: honey | Technique: build in glass
Put three ice cubes into a champagne flute. Add genever, lemon juice and runny honey and fill it up with Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon. Garnish with floating honey. Cheers!
Preparation runny honey:
- 500 g honey (e.g. acacia honey)
- 500 ml water
Boil the honey and water in a pan and cook it for about 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Allow to cool and transfer to a sealable bottle.
