- 50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 20 ml licorice liqueur
- 15 ml rose-red-pepper-syrup
- 3 dashes of angostura bitters
- Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic
Glass: tumbler | Garnish: rose leaf, red peppercorn | Technique: hard shake
Pour Jameson Irish Whiskey, licorice liqueur, housemade rose and red-pepper syrup and three dashes of Angostura bitters in a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously. Double strain over some ice cubes into the glass. Top up with Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic and garnish with a rose leaf and red peppercorns.
