• 50 ml José Cuervo Traditional Tequila
  • 15 ml homemade bourbon syrup
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 1 white egg
  • 1 drop of Whiskey Barrel Bitter Fee Brother
  • Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic

GLASS: tumbler | GARNISH: orange zest; little white edible flower | TECHNIQUE: throwing

Pour José Cuervo Traditional, housemade bourbon syrup, fresh lime juice, a dash of egg white and one drop of Whiskey Barrel Bitter Fee Brother in a Shaker and add ice cubes. Start to throw the drink from one shaker to another. Repeat the throwing process until the liquid reaches the right temperature. Fill up with Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic. Strain the drink into a tumbler glass and garnish with an orange zest and a white edible flower.
