  • 50 ml Black Tears Spiced Rum
  • 25 ml oloroso sherry
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 25 ml coke reduction
  • 2 dashes of angostura bitter
  • Thomas Henry Slim Tonic

Glass: tumbler | Garnish: lemon zest, amarena cherries, chestnut | Technique: hard shake

Pour Black Tears Spiced Rum, oloroso sherry, fresh lime juice, housemade coke reduction and two dashes of angostura bitters into the shaker. Add ice cubes and start to hard shake. Double strain the cocktail on fresh ice cubes into the glass. Fill up with Thomas Henry Slim Tonic. Garnish the drink with a lemon zest, amarena cherries and a pinch of chestnut.
