  • 45 ml Akashi Tai Sake
  • 15 ml pineapple-green-tea cordial
  • 10 ml Verjus
  • Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic

Glass: longdrink, highball | Garnish: pineapple leaves| Technique: build in glass

Fill a glass with ice cubes and add all the ingredients except the Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic. Stir the content. Fill up with Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic and garnish with pineapple leaves, cheers!
