You need
- 40 ml Espresso
- 150 ml Tonic Water
- Ice Cubes
- Garnish: Lemon Zest or Orange Zest
- Glass: Tumbler
- Technique: Build in glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Step 2
Pour in Tonic Water.
Step 3
Float with Espresso.
Step 4
Garnish with Orange Zest.
