- 40 ml Sierra Milenario Blanco Tequila
- 40 ml Koegler Verjus
- 15 ml D'arbo elderflower (lemon grass-infused)
- 5 ml suze
- 3 dashes of sexy bitters
- Thomas Henrys Cherry Blossom Tonic
Glass: martini or coupette | Garnish: dehydrated flower blossoms | Technique: hard shake
Pour Milenario Blanco, Koegler Verjus, lemongrass-infused D’arbo elderflower syrup and suze into a shaker. Add some ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously. Add three dashes of Sexy Bitters and double strain into a glass. Top up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic and garnish with dehydrated flower blossoms.
