• 40 ml Kraken Rum
  • 20 ml housemade jasmine tea syrup
  • 10 ml yuzu juice
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic

GLASS: highball | GARNISH: blossoms, gold powder | TECHNIQUE: hard shake

Pour Kraken Rum, housemade jasmine tea syrup, yuzu juice and lemon juice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic and garnish with a flower blossom and gold powder.

Preparation for the jasmine tea syrup 1:1 – prepare jasmin tea in a pot (1 liter water and 35 grams of jasmin) and heat it up on a stove. Add 1 kilogram of sugar and let it brew until it fits your personal taste.
