Pour Gin Sul, brut champagne and bentianna liqueur into a stirring glass. Add ice cubes and start stirring. Strain the drink into a coupette or v-shaped glass and top up with Thomas Henry Ultimate Grapefruit. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
