- 50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 25 ml salted smoke-beer-syrup
- 15 ml grapefruit juice
- 1 barspoon apricots balsamic vinegar
- Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
Glass: highball | Garnish: lemon zest | Technique: hard shake
Pour Jameson Irish Whiskey, housemade salted smoke-beer syrup, grapefruit juice and apricot balsamic vinegar into a shaker. Add some ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale and garnish with a lemon zest.
