Der Goldrush mit Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic

  • 40 ml Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin
  • 8 ml Danziger Goldwasser
  • 4 ml Valdivia Amontilado ‚Prune‘ Medium Sherry
  • 6 drops of Thomas Henry Tonic Bitters
  • Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic

Glass: highball glass | Garnish: long orange zest

Put all ingredients into a glass and stir with great care. Put ice into the drinking glass and double strain. Spray a bit of the orange peel’s oil on top and do not reuse the peel again. Garnish with another orange zest. Serve with cheese crackers.
