Hasen und Bienen
- 30 ml vodka
- 30 ml peach liqueur
- 50 ml carrot juice
- 10 ml runny honey
- Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
Glass: champagne flute | Garnish: carrot greens | Technique: shake, strain
Add all ingredients except for the Thomas Henry Ginger Beer to the shaker with ice. Shake and strain twice in the champagne flute. Fill up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer and arrange the garnish so that the shape of the drink resembles a carrot. Cheers!
Preparation runny honey:
- 500 g honey (e.g. acacia honey)
- 500 ml water
Shortly boil the honey and water in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Allow to cool and transfer to a sealable bottle.
