• 50 ml Xellent Vodka infused with earl grey
  • 15 ml of rosé syrup
  • 20 ml itálicus liqueur
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • Thomas Henry Tonic Water

GLASS: tumbler | GARNISH: lemon zest | TECHNIQUE: hard shake

Pour Xellent Vodka infused with earl grey, housemade rosé syrup, itálicus liqueur and fresh lemon juice into a shaker. Add ice cubes and start to hard shake. Double strain the cocktail into a tumbler glass and pour the drink over fresh ice cubes. Fill up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water and garnish with a lemon zest.
