• 50 ml Johnnie Walker Whiskey
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml yuzu juice
  • Thomas Henry Tonic Water

GLASS: highball | GARNISH: shiso leaves, kumquat, iceblock & fancy straw | TECHNIQUE: build in glass

Pour all ingredients except for Thomas Henry Tonic Water into a Collins glass and add some ice cubes. Carefully stir the drink and top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water. Garnish with some shiso leaves, kumquat, an iceblock and a fancy straw.
