Glass: highball | Garnish: lemon zest | Technique: build in glass

Pour Hennessy VS Cognac, Plantation Pineapple Rum and a dash of Peychaud’s Bitters in a glass. Add ice cubes and fill up the glass with one-third Thomas Henry Soda Water and two-thirds Thomas Henry Ginger Ale. Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy.
