- 50 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
- 30 ml lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml Chartreuse liqueur (yellow)
- Thomas Henry Mystic Mango
Glass: highball | Garnish: mint, lemon balm | Technique: hard shake
Pour lime juice, sugar syrup, Chartreuse (yellow) and Beefeater Gin in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and double strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with Thomas Henry Mystic Mango and garnish with a handful of lemon balm.
