• 45 ml vodka
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • Thomas Henry Ginger Beer

GLASS: champagne flute | GARNISH: lime-cucumber foam | TECHNIQUE: stir, strain

Pour the vodka and the lime juice into a stirring glass and stir it cold. Strain it then into a champagne flute. Fill up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer and top with the lime-cucumber foam. Cheers!
