New York Mule: recipe and instructions
- 45 ml vodka
- 10 ml lime juice
- Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
Glass: champagne flute | Garnish: lime-cucumber foam | Technique: stir, strain
Pour the vodka and the lime juice into a stirring glass and stir it cold. Strain it then into a champagne flute. Fill it up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer and top with lime-cucumber foam. Cheers!
