- 50 ml Rutte Distillery Gin Old Simon Genever
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml distilled lemon water
- 20 ml essence champagne
- Thomas Henry Soda Water

Pour Rutte Distillery Old Simon Genever, sugar syrup, distilled lemon water and essence of left-over champagne in a glass. Add ice cubes and stir all ingredients. Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water and garnish with discarded leek ash.
