- 20 ml Monkey Shoulder Whiskey
- 30 ml peanut destillate
- 20 ml Pandan syrup
- 30 ml Visciolata di Cardinale
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Thomas Henry Soda Water
Glass: highball | Garnish: fruit gum | Technique: hard shake
Pour distilled peanut spirit (housemade), Monkey Shoulder, pandan syrup (house-made), Visciolata di Cardinale and fresh lemon juice into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and double strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water and garnish with a cherry fruit gum.
