• 20 ml Monkey Shoulder Whiskey
  • 30 ml peanut destillate
  • 20 ml Pandan syrup
  • 30 ml Visciolata di Cardinale
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • Thomas Henry Soda Water

GLASS: highball | GARNISH: fruit gum | TECHNIQUE: hard shake

Pour distilled peanut spirit (housemade), Monkey Shoulder, pandan syrup (house-made), Visciolata di Cardinale and fresh lemon juice into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and double strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water and garnish with a cherry fruit gum.
