• 70 ml fresh mandarin juice
  • 15 ml vanilla syrup
  • 2–3 bar spoons of tamarind paste
  • Thomas Henry Mystic Mango

GLASS: coupe glass| GARNISH: orange zest, tamarind with opened shell | TECHNIQUE: shake, strain

Fill the shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake. Strain the contents of the shaker twice into the coupe glass, garnish and serve with fresh tamarind. Cheers!
