• 40 ml Campari infused with beetroot
  • 20 ml Olorose Sherry
  • 15 ml Verius
  • 10 ml cordial cherry blossom
  • 2 dashes of absinth
  • Thomas Henry Soda Water

Pour all ingredients except Thomas Henry Soda Water in a shaker. Add ice cubes and throw the ingredients from one shaker to a second shaker. When the lowest temperature is reached, pour the liquid into a Collins glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes and then top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water. Garnish with a Campari lollipop and dill.
