Rusty Henry
- 35 ml white crème de cacao
- 15 ml Angostura Bitters
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Thomas Henry Soda Water
Glass: champagne glass | Garnish: lemon zest
Shake all ingredients, except for the soda water, vigorously on ice and strain into the glass. Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water and garnish with a lemon zest. (ANDREJ BUSCH, HAMBURG, GERMANY)
