San Juan Mule: recipe and instructions
1 cocktail
- 40 ml rum
- 20 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml corn-bean-syrup
- 15 ml lime juice
- Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
Glass: can or longdrink glass | Garnish: salty popcorn | Technique: shake, strain
Pour the rum, pineapple juice, corn-bean-syrup and lime juice into a shaker and fill it up with ice. Shake all ingredients and strain everything into a can or glass filled with crushed ice. Fill up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer and garnish with salty popcorn. Cheers!
