- 30 ml apricot nectar
- 10 ml lime juice
- 5 coffee beans

Slightly muddle the apricot nectar, lime juice and coffee beans in the longdrink glass. Put fresh ice cubes in the longdrink glass. Fill up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale, stir gently and garnish. Cheers!
