- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon

Pour Earl Grey syrup and fresh lemon juice into the ice filled glass. Top up with Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon and stir carefully. Garnish with lemon zest. Earl Grey syrup: boil tea and cool. Boil sugar and mix in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio.
