  • 20 ml homemade orange cordial
  • 20 ml Belsazar Red Vermouth
  • Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic

GLASS: highball | GARNISH: orange zest twist, edible flower, 2 maraschino cherriesĀ | TECHNIQUE: hard shake

Pour Dewar’s 12 Whiskey, homemade orange cordial, Belsazar Red Vermouth to a shaker. Add ice cubes and start to hard shake. Double strain the cocktail into a highball glass and add Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic. Stir the drink and garnish with an orange zest and an edible flower. Add two marashino cherries on a cocktail pick and serve.
