- 40 ml Campari
- 15 ml blackcurrant cream infused with wine leaves
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger
Glass: highball | Garnish: Campari grapefruit zest | Technique: shake
Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously. Double strain into the glass and top up with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger. Garnish with a Campari grapefruit zest.
