  • 50 ml José Cuervo Tradicional Tequila
  • 3 dashes of Cassis Bitter Lejay
  • 20 ml Dollin Dry Vermouth
  • 10 ml Grand Manier
  • 1 barspoon homemade hibiscus syrup
  • Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger

Glass: tumbler | Garnish: dry hibiscus leaf, redcurrant branch | Technique: hard shake

Pour José Cuervo Tradicional, Cassis Bitter Lejay, Dollin Dry Vermouth, housemade hibiscus syrup and Grand Manier into a shaker. Add ice cubes and start to hard shake. Add some ice cubes to the tumbler glass and double strain the cocktail into the glass. Fill up with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger. Add some dried hibiscus leaves and redcurrant branches onto the drink. Refine with a little of icing sugar and serve.
