- 15 ml carribean syrup
- 20 ml lime juice
- 2 dashes of coffee essence
- Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger

Pour Havana Club (7 Años), housemade carribean syrup, fresh lime juice and two dashes of coffee essence in a highball glass, filled with ice cubes. Top up with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger and garnish with a lemon wheel.
