• 1 cold espresso   
  • 15 ml sugar syrup   
  • 40 ml of tequila
  • Thomas Henry Ginger Beer

GLASS: Highball | GARNISH: orange zest | TECHNIQUE: Build in glass

Pour tequila and sugar syrup on ice into a long drink glass and stir briefly. Fill with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer and slowly pour a cold espresso into the glass. Garnish with an orange zest, Cheers!
