We are Thomas Henry

Since only people who are ready to set out on new paths can create something that is truly new. It is also this spirit that has driven us at Thomas Henry since the very beginning. And it connected us with bartenders all around the globe. Together, we celebrate and live the WE in a progressive, colourful world of bars!

Our mission is clear: With our premium mixers, we want to turn every drink into a true experience of diverse and colourful bar culture for you. That’s why we are always on the search for new mixers and drink creations, for all the bar and drink enthusiasts out there – in front of and behind the bar. Cheers to the Mix!

Born in Berlin

Berlin, 2010: Our founders, Sebastian Brack and Norman Sievert, are on the hunt for the best mixers for their favourite drinks. But, sadly, no mixer met their needs. Without further ado, they developed ideas for their first bar mixers in cooperation with leading bartenders and gastronomy professionals. The result: 5 premium mixers – Tonic Water, Spicy Ginger, Ginger Ale, Bitter Lemon & Soda Water – which debuted at the Bar Convent Berlin in 2010, the largest spirits fair in the world. And only one year later, our first products were sold to Berlin bars and beyond. Since then, our premium mixers have turned into beloved essentials in front of and behind some of the best bars in the world. Cheers!

Our namesake

Pioneering spirits change the world. Our two founders knew this, as did our namesake, Thomas Henry. As an apothecary, gentleman, and member of the Royal Society in England, he was a tireless discoverer in the service of humanity. In 1773, he became one of the first people to successfully carbonate water and thus keep it drinkable for a long time. A fantastic achievement, and of great importance, especially for the long sea voyages of the time. And, in addition, with his mineral and soda waters, he created the perfect basis for all the tingling mixers that we enjoy in our drinks today. Inspired by this pioneering spirit, our founders had no choice but to honour our premium mixers with the name Thomas Henry.
