You need
- 50ml Lillet Blanc
- Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash cane sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Lemon & mint
- Glass: Longdrink / Highball
- Technique: Build in Glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes and add Lillet Blanc and lemon juice.
Step 2
Top up with BITTER LEMON.
Step 3
Garnish with a slice of lemon and mint.
