You need
- 40 ml Campari (beet infused)
- 20 ml Olorose Sherry (e.g. Lustau Oloroso Sherry)
- 15 ml Verius
- 10 ml cherry blossom water
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes of absinth (e.g.Tabu Strong 73%)
- Thomas Henry Soda Water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lollipop & dill
- Glass: longdrink / highball
- Technique: throw & strain
Step 1
Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add all ingredients except the Soda Water.
Step 2
Throw it and strain the contents into a glass.
Step 3
Fill up with Thomas Henry Soda Water.
Step 4
Garnish with a lollipop and dill, cheers!
