You need
- 40 ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 10 ml Oleo Saccharum (orange)
- 2 dashes of forest mushroom essence
- Thomas Henry Soda Water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: orange
- Glass: tumbler
- Technique: stir & strain
Step 1
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add whiskey, Oleo Saccharum and mushroom essence.
Step 2
Stir it and strain the contents into a glass.
Step 3
Top off with Thomas Henry Soda Water.
Step 4
Garnish with an orange zest, cheers!
