Your non-alcoholic recipe for an Inner Voice with UNDONE NO.2, UNDONE NO.20 and Thomas Henry Soda Water, cheers!
You need
- 20 ml UNDONE No.2 - This is not Gin
- 40 ml UNDONE No.20 - This is not Sparkling Wine
- 10 ml vanilla syrup
- 60 ml passion fruit juice
- Thomas Henry Soda Water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: mint
- Glass: highball / longdrink
- Technique: build in glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Step 2
Add UNDONE No.2, vanilla syrup, passion fruit juice and UNDONE No.20 to the glass and stir well.
Step 3
Top off with Thomas Henry Soda Water.
Step 4
Garnish with mint leaves, cheers!
