30 ml Espadin Mezcal (e.g. San Cosme)
10 ml Pastis (e.g. Argalà)
20 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic

Ice

Orange & Peychaud’s bitters

Steps

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in Mezcal, Pastis, lime juice and sugar syrup and stir it.
  3. Fill up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest and 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters.
