Steps

Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour in Mezcal, Pastis, lime juice and sugar syrup and stir it.
Fill up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic.
Garnish with an orange zest and 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters.
