You need

  • 50 ml 100% Agave Tequila Blanco
  • 50 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes of sugar syrup
  • Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: grapefruit
  • Glass: highball / longdrink
  • Technique: build in glass

Step 1

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Step 2

Pour in tequila, pink grapefruit juice and sugar syrup.

Step 3

Top off with Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon.

Step 4

Garnish with a grapefruit zest, cheers!
