You need

  • 30 ml Espadin Mezcal (e.g. San Cosme)
  • 10 ml Pastis (e.g. Argalà)
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: orange & Peychaud's bitters
  • Glass: highball / longdrink
  • Technique: build in glass

Step 1

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Step 2

Pour in Mezcal, Pastis, lime juice and sugar syrup and stir it.

Step 3

Fill up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic.

Step 4

Garnish with an orange zest and 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters, cheers!
