You need
- 30 ml Espadin Mezcal (e.g. San Cosme)
- 10 ml Pastis (e.g. Argalà)
- 20 ml lime juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: orange & Peychaud's bitters
- Glass: highball / longdrink
- Technique: build in glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Step 2
Pour in Mezcal, Pastis, lime juice and sugar syrup and stir it.
Step 3
Fill up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic.
Step 4
Garnish with an orange zest and 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters, cheers!
