CHEERS! TO THE MAGNIFICENCE OF ASIA

Anyone who has stood under a cherry tree in the spring is familiar with its impressive appearance. A unique natural spectacle that is celebrated in Japan in particular. In Japan, the Hanami – a festival dedicated to the blooming cherry trees – and especially their blaze of colour – is celebrated at this time. This unique explosion of colour inspired us to create a suitable mixer – our Cherry Blossom Tonic. The perfect mixer for a Pink Ink – with which you capture the euphoria of cherry blossoms and can rekindle it at your pleasure – gladly also at home. Cheers!

THE PERFECT HOME BAR

You don’t really need very much to be able to offer your guests the best drinks. A fine, well-organized home bar is more than enough. In it, well-chilled Thomas Henry mixers and your favourite spirits and liqueurs, which you store in a dark place, are a must. Vermouth or a wine aperitif stored in a cool place for cold drinks with a low alcohol content also belongs in it. Do you want to mix special drink creations? Then, citrus fruits, good vinegar, and verjuice are also a must have. Obviously, organic-quality fruits should be used for the twists. The ice cubes should be made with the best water. As for the garnish for your drink creations, keep things simple and make use of what’s there: herbs, spices like star anise, bay leaf, or a cinnamon stick, fruit, olives, et cetera. Last but not least, seasonal ingredients like edible flowers collected on walks should be part of your home bar as well.
