Gin & Tea
herbal, fruity, bitter | Vol.%: high
- 50 ml gin
- 1 tea bag (herbal, rooibush or red fruits)
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water
- Ice cubes
- Glass: longdrink / highball
- Technique: build in glass
Fill gin and one tea bag into a glass.
Allow the tea bag to infuse for about two minutes.
Add ice cubes and sugar syrup to the glass and top off with Thomas Henry Tonic Water, cheers!
