You need
- 20 ml lime cordial
- 1 bar spoon fig vinegar (or other fruit vinegar)
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lemon
- Glass: longdrink / highball
- Technique: build in glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Step 2
Add lime cordial and fig vinegar.
Step 3
Top off with Thomas Henry Tonic Water.
Step 4
Garnish with a lemon slice, cheers!
