- 50 ml wine aperitif (e.g. Belsazar Rosé)
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: grapefruit slice
- Glass: wine glass
- Technique: build in glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Step 2
Pour in wine aperitif.
Step 3
Top off with Thomas Henry Tonic Water.
Step 4
Garnish with a grapefruit slice, cheers!
