You need
- 30 ml floral gin
- 10 ml hibiscus syrup
- 20 ml lime juice
- Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: hibiscus blossom & mint
- Glass: longdrink / highball
- Technique: build in glass
Step 1
Pour gin, hibiscus syrup and lime juice into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Step 2
Stir it.
Step 3
Fill up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic.
Step 4
Garnish with hibiscus flowers and mint leaves, cheers!
