You need

  • 50 ml resposado tequila
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: grapefruit
  • Glass: longdrink / highball
  • Technique: build in glass

Step 1

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Step 2

Add tequila, lime juice and salt.

Step 3

Fill up with Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit.

Step 4

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

An excellent tequila blanco and grapefruit lemonade, which originally comes from Jamaica, come together in this fantastic tiki drink. Both of them have cult status and are mixed together here along with a pinch of salt to create a classic drink around the world, which should ideally be served in a cooling clay jug or simple tumbler.
