Sammy Walfisch’s new bar is fully committed to sustainability. Upcycling, low-waste, low power consumption and the elimination of environmentally harmful consumables are of paramount importance in the Moby Dick Bar.
The bar menu convinces with signature drinks, mules, non-alcoholic drinks and prosecco cocktails. In addition, homemade liqueurs, essences, bitters, syrups as well as noble brandies and bitters play an important role in Moby Dick. There is a monthly changing food pairing offer, so come in and choose the perfect food to match your drink.
