Botanical Martini: recipe and instructions
- 30 ml Gin
- 25 ml Vermouth
- 1 dash brine
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic
Glass: martini glass | Garnish: lemon zest | Technique: stir & strain
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the gin, vermouth, orange bitters, saline solution and stir. Strain the contents into a glass and top up with Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic. Garnish the drink with a lemon zest, cheers!
